100-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR STAIR KITS

We offer a 100-day return policy for stair kits if unused and in their original packaging. Before authorizing a return, we will coordinate with you to facilitate the return. Return shipping charges will apply and be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Returns will be inspected. We may ask you for photos of the return shipment before it leaves your premises.

Please keep in mind:

      IT’S IMPORTANT TO VERIFY MEASUREMENTS BEFORE YOU ORDER

      Like the old adage “measure twice, cut once,” perhaps this goes without saying. We just want to make sure you select the right stair before you make a purchase.

      WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT

      Inspect your shipment and (if applicable) note any damage immediately with the carrier before accepting. See the Shipping FAQ.

      WHEN IN DOUBT, CONTACT US

      IF YOU’VE OPENED A BOX

    CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STAIR KITS

    If you want to cancel an order, you must do so before the product ships.
    Once an order ships, the order cannot be cancelled (but see our 100-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR STAIR KITS above).


    CUSTOM STAIR POLICIES

    Custom stairs are not eligible for returns. Duvinage, including our Sharon Stairs division, provides full policies for our custom stairs on our Proposal Contracts. If you are a custom stair customer with any questions on your order, please reach out to your sales representative.
