Description
Twenty three Duvinage spiral stairs were selected for the loft-style residences of this ultra-modern building. Shown here is a 5’–6” diameter 251 stair featuring steel bar grating treads and platform and steel handrail with code balusters. Finished in a clear flat matte powder coat. On the upper level, matching balcony rail leads to the private rooftop deck for inspirational city views. Location: Washington, DC.
