Made in the USA Since 1895.
We've put together the following to help explain the shipping process. If you have a shipping question, let us know.
When will my order ship?
We ship stair kits within 5 business days of receiving your order, plus 5 days for red oak treads/platform or 3+ weeks if special ordered. Transport time depends on your location. Once your stair kit order ships, we will send you the freight PRO/tracking number.
For all custom stair orders, your shipping timeframe will be noted on your Proposal Contract. We will keep you apprised of the status of your custom stair order.
How will my order ship?
Most single stair orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers with residential delivery and liftgate options if required. We will send you the PRO/tracking number and you can follow your shipment’s progress on the freight carrier’s online tracking webpage or mobile app.
Larger stairs and multi-stair orders may be shipped via full truckload freight carriers.
What happens if there is a problem with my shipment?
There are different scenarios to consider:
DELAYS. Unexpected delays due to severe weather or national emergencies, or in some cases due to a human or technological error, can occur. If a delay occurs on our side, we will keep you apprised before your order ships. If the delay occurs on the carrier side, we will maintain contact with the carrier and keep you apprised – in certain cases, the carrier may require your involvement as well.
LOST SHIPMENTS. Unexpected delays may occur due to a carrier temporarily losing track of a shipment. In such cases, notify the carrier to initiate a search and notify us so that we can follow the case and assist where possible. If a shipment is deemed unrecoverable by the carrier, we will discuss the next best option for you, whether that is processing a refund or placing a new order.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Inspect your shipment and (if applicable) note any damage immediately with the carrier before accepting delivery. You must communicate any delivery issues directly with the carrier. Additionally, please inform Duvinage of any damages so that we can help to the extent possible.
INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS. Inspect your shipment and (if applicable) note shortage with the carrier. Additionally, please inform Duvinage of any shortage so that we can follow with the carrier until resolved.
MISSING PARTS. While it’s not common, if you’re missing any parts, please email us with details.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes! But for stair kit orders made online at duvinage.com, we only ship to contiguous U.S. addresses. For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and outside the U.S., please contact us.
