One of six custom Duvinage spiral stairs at this unique apartment building with loft-style residences. Shown here in 6’ diameter ascending 23’ with 31 risers, including an upper platform, an asymmetric intermediate platform, 131-style treads, and swing bracing for additional support. Featuring custom-helixed steel rail with steel rod balusters and matching well rail on the mezzanine. Fitting perfectly with the chic exposed-brick interiors, expansive windows, and high ceilings.
