Description
One of four custom Duvinage spiral stairs at this upscale condominium building, showcasing strength and style. Shown here in 5’ diameter with bar grating treads and platform. An asymmetric platform on the upper level transitions to 28° spiral treads and then one straight tread on the lower level to achieve the necessary rotation in this unit. Custom helixed steel rail with solid rod balusters and matching continuous well rail. Black powder coat finish.
